Welcome to Blog #2

When I began my blog I had no idea what it would become, and it has taken on a life of its own. I love that I have a following and avid readers who leave comments-it is more than I ever thought would happen. I do think that the personal Blog is important because it demonstrates the reality of life and struggle and trying to do it all, but I also think there is a great need for the practicality of understanding and connecting to the body. I love what the original Blog has become and do not want to mess with it, so I am starting Blog #2 to provide the more practical side of Fitness.

Here you will find my favorite finds, great exercises and practical information. I will try to break things down so that everyone can understand, and will try to answer questions if anyone has them to ask. I see all kinds of people on a daily basis and what I find is that sometimes people have a diagnosis and sometimes they don't but it is so important that each person understand and take responsibility for the health and healing of their body. So here I will try to point out the problems I see most often.

I may also discuss great classes, spas, gyms, DVDs equipment, people etc if I come across them. If you happen to know of something or someone amazing please let me know. This will hopefully help break things down and become a sharing place for everyone looking to be fit.

Not sure where this will lead so be patient as I find my way.
